Resilience trails

Together with partners from public and private sector, we develop resilience trails that include psychological exercises placed strategically in the environment to support restoration and strengthen resilience.

Each resilience path reflects a specific theme, defined in collaboration with the surrounding nature and our project partners.

Forest bathing and Forest mind

Forest bathing strengthens well-being through stress reduction, mindfulness, and increased self-awareness, helping you live a rewarding life even in the face of challenges. Forest Mind is a Finnish wellbeing method that combines forest bathing with exercising mindkills (e.g. mindfulness, presence, self reflection) . A Forest Mind walk or workshop can be facilitated in a forest, park, garden, or even indoors with the help of natural imagery.

Forest Mind guide & instructor trainings

Forest Mind Guide Training is a 1-day course that gives you the tools to lead groups of friends or colleagues in basic Forest Mind exercises to support well-being.

Forest Mind Instructor Training prepares you to guide others more deeply in the method—leading walks and sessions, and organizing Forest Mind well-being days.

The training consists of a 6-week hybrid program with self-study, face-to-face sessions, and online modules.
